Finland is a peaceful country with lots of lakes and forests. The Finnish education system is the best in the world, based on rankings from other countries. Most of the money for higher education in Finland comes from the Ministry of Education and Culture, which also keeps a close eye on the quality of teaching. In their courses and teaching, colleges and universities try to meet the needs of society, business, and industry.
In Finland, it is pretty easy to get a good education because most schools don’t charge tuition. Even though students from outside the EU/EEA may have to pay tuition fees at colleges and universities, they can apply for scholarships.
