AIWA Agnes Missirian Scholarship
Those young women who need recognition and financial aid to prepare for their professions are the target of Armenian International Women’sWomen’s Association Scholarships. Students of Armenian heritage who are enrolled full-time in authorized colleges or universities across the globe are eligible for the Agnes Missirian Scholarship. This grant is open to undergraduate and graduate students beginning their junior or senior year. Only Sophomores and above at a U.S.-accredited institution or university are eligible to apply, and they must be California residents. ASA Scholarships
Scholarships from the Armenian Students’Students’ Association are available to college and graduate students of Armenian heritage who are legal residents in the United States as U.S. citizens. To apply for this scholarship, you must be a full-time student at a four-year recognized U.S. college or university or a two-year college student transferring to a four-year institution as a full-time student (by the Fall of 2022). In addition, you must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or a valid visa to enter the country.
The Armenian Students’Students’ Association must be paid a processing fee of $15.00 along with your application before the application deadline of March 15, 2022.

AGBU U.S Graduate Scholarship
Applicants must be of Armenian ancestry and show financial need for a graduate degree at the time of application. Applicants must enrol or prepare to enrol in a Master’sMaster’s, Doctoral, or Professional degree program at a highly prestigious U.S. institution or university to be eligible for this award. To be considered for admission, students must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the United States. You may apply for up to three scholarships totalling $5,000, which can be renewed for up to three years of your graduate studies.

Richard R. Tufenkian Memorial Scholarship
Richard R. Tufenkian Scholarships are available to Armenian undergraduates studying in the United States at authorized colleges and universities via the Armenian Educational Foundation (AEF). Those with a minimum 3.0 GPA and a strong demonstration of financial need will be considered for a $3,000 stipend. Active involvement in the Armenian community is a requirement for this award. There will be an announcement of the application deadlines for 2022 very shortly.

Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern) Scholarships
Every year, the most worthy and talented young people involved in their parishes and who have taken on leadership responsibilities in their communities are granted Diocesan Scholarships. A four-year undergraduate degree and citizenship in the United States are prerequisites for this grant. Please contact the Armenian Church’sChurch’s scholarship committee to learn more about this award.

AGBU Performing Arts Scholarship
It is open to undergraduate and graduate students of Armenian heritage who pursue a degree in the performing arts at an accredited college or university in the United States. Students presently enrolled in highly selective institutions, and universities in the subject of Performing Arts are eligible for consideration.
It is essential to highlight that Armenian citizens and students in Armenia are not eligible for this grant. However, this scholarship is open to non-Armenians who are studying in Armenia. A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required for students enrolled in an approved college or university and proof of enrollment in your registered program.

Armenian American Citizen’sCitizen’s League Scholarship
Armenian American Citizens League Educational and Scholarship Fund gives financial support to students pursuing a college degree but cannot do so owing to financial constraints. An applicant’s grade point average, economic necessity and community service are all considered when awarded this prize. Application dates for 2022 will be posted on the AACL website shortly, so stay tuned.

GALAS Scholarship
The GALAS Scholarship is unique because it is given to students of Armenian heritage who have shown a commitment to the LGBTQ community via advocacy. Graduate and undergraduate students participating in an LGBTQ non-profit or campus project, club, group or collective are eligible for this scholarship. To qualify for the GALAS award, you must be a student at a college or university in the United States. Your essay must not exceed 500 words in length and illustrate your connection to the LGBTQ community.

ANCA Margarian Scholarship
Students of Armenian heritage may apply for the Margarian Scholarship from the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), which has just a few requirements. Any high school junior, senior, college undergraduate or graduate student studying any subject may apply for this award.
Academic achievement, heritage, community service, and overall social responsibility must be considered for this fellowship. To be eligible for this award, you do not need a high GPA or demonstrate financial need; instead, the committee looks at your character and dedication to society/community.

Armenian Relief Society (ARS) Scholarships
Since 1983, the Armenian Relief Society Scholarships have provided much-needed financial assistance to several Armenian-born students. Because of its focus on developing the next generation of Armenian leaders, ARS thinks it is doing its part to help the country’s professional community become more diverse.
For consideration, you must be enrolled full-time in a 4-year college or university in your country of residence, recognized by the American Council on Education. This scholarship is renewable for a maximum of three further terms.
