Maastricht University Holland High Potential Scholarships
The Holland-High Potential Scholarship program at Maastricht University (UM) awards twenty-four full scholarships to exceptionally talented students from outside the European Union (EU) who have been accepted to a Master’s program at UM. These scholarships include a tuition fee waiver as well as a monthly stipend.
The Holland High Potential Scholarship combines the High Potential Scholarship with the Holland Scholarship to award one deserving candidate with both awards.

Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships
Scholarships for academic achievement are available to international students at the Delft University of Technology through various schemes. One of these programs is called the Justus & Louise van Effen Scholarship. Its primary objective is to provide financial assistance to outstanding overseas MSc students interested in studying at TU Delft.
The scholarship will cover the total cost of tuition for one year of a Master of Science program at TU Delft, based on the statutory fee or the institutional rate, as appropriate for the student’s registered nationality, in addition to contributing to the student’s living expenses.

Scholarships to pursue a Master’s degree in the United Kingdom through the Commonwealth are available to citizens of developing Commonwealth countries. The Department for International Development of the United Kingdom is the organization that provides funding for these scholarships (DFID).

Reach Oxford Scholarships for Developing Country Students
Students from developing countries who cannot study for a degree in their home countries due to political or financial constraints or because equivalent educational facilities do not exist are eligible for Reach Oxford Scholarships, formerly known as Oxford Student Scholarships. Several Oxford colleges offer these scholarships.
The payment of tuition and college fees, a stipend to help with living expenses, and round-trip airfare once a year. Depending on the length of the study, the scholarship will last three or four years.

Clarendon Fund Scholarships at the University of Oxford
The Clarendon Fund is an effective graduate scholarship program at the University of Oxford. Approximately 140 new scholarships are made available through the Clarendon Fund each year. At the graduate level at the University of Oxford, Clarendon Scholarships are given out to students who have demonstrated exceptional academic ability and potential in any degree-granting subject area.
The Clarendon Scholarships provide complete funding for the recipient’s college tuition and expenses.
A significant annual grant for living expenses is provided to scholars enrolled in a full-program gram. This grant will be at least £15,609 for the 2021-22 academic year. A study support grant will be provided to scholars enrolled in a course part-time to assist with tuition-related costs.
The length of time you are eligible to get a scholarship is often the same as the amount of time you are required to attend classes at the university to be responsible for paying tuition fees.

Gates Cambridge Scholarships
One of the most prestigious international scholarships available is provided by Gates Cambridge, called the Gates Cambridge Scholarship. Outstanding applicants from countries other than the United Kingdom are eligible to receive funding to pursue a postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge full-time in any subject area for which the university offers programs.
A Gates Cambridge Scholarship will pay for all the expenses of attending Cambridge University. These expenses include tuition fees, a maintenance allowance (at the rate in effect for the 2022-23 academic year, it will be £18.384 for 12 months), travel costs, visa fees, and more. It also gives additional funding that can be used any way the recipient sees fit, such as funding for academic growth, family allowance, fieldwork, etc.

Edinburgh Global Online Distance Learning Scholarships
Scholarships will be available to qualifying students enrolled in the University of Edinburgh’s part-time master’s degree programs delivered through remote learning.
Each scholarship will pay for the recipient’s tuition costs and will be renewable for the whole time the degree program is in session.
Students who want to enroll in the University’s part-time or distance learning master’s degree programs for the 2022-2023 academic year will be eligible for financial assistance through scholarships. Applicants have to prove that they are citizens of one of the nations that can participate.
The University of Edinburgh must already have extended an enrollment offer to the applicant, and they must have either definitively accepted that offer or have every intention of doing so.
