Fully Funded International Scholarships are available For Myanmar Students in 2023 and 2024 to study in Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
The following is a list of available scholarships for students in Myanmar. There are undergraduate scholarships, graduate scholarships, and postgraduate scholarships available to students studying in Myanmar. Some of these scholarships cover the full cost of education. Some of the Scholarships do not require the IELTS, while others do demand it in order to be admitted.

Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) Scholarships
The Monbukagakusho award includes a waiver of both the tuition and academic fees. For national and public institutions in Japan, tuition and enrollment costs range from 800,000 to 900,000 annually, but annual total fees for private colleges exceed 100,000. The Japan scholarship also includes a monthly stipend and round-trip tickets in economy class from Japan to the closest international airport to the recipient’s place of residency. Depending on where they are, MEXT will also provide them an additional $2000 to $3000 each month.

Eiffel Excellence Scholarships
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs created the Eiffel scholarship program as a tool to help French higher education institutions recruit the top international students for master’s and PhD degree programs. Holders of an Eiffel scholarship get a stipend of €1,181 for Master’s-level coursework and €1,400 for PhD-level coursework. The program also covers other costs including a return journey, health insurance, and cultural activities. Holders of scholarships may additionally qualify for an additional housing allowance. Tuition fees are not covered by the program.

Monbukagakusho Honor Scholarship
The Japan Students Services Organization’s Honor Scholarship is available to students in need of financial support. All undergraduate, graduate, technical, specialized training, and Japanese studies students merely need to enroll at their respective universities in order to be taken into consideration.
There are 560 spaces available for students studying Japanese, while there are 6,640 slots available for students at the undergraduate and graduate levels combined. These Japan scholarships are available for both six and twelve months. A monthly stipend of 48000 for graduate and undergraduate students and 30000 for Japanese language students will be awarded to selected candidates. To be eligible, students must make sure they did not get a MEXT tuition waiver or another overseas scholarship.

Bristol University Think Big Scholarships
Bristol University will contribute £500,000 to attracting the best and brightest overseas students to the university. Scholarships from Think Big are available for undergraduate and graduate study beginning in 2023.
Undergraduate international students may only apply for scholarship awards worth between £6,500 and £13,000 per year toward the cost of tuition.
International postgraduate students may only apply their £6,500, £13,000, or £26,000 annual scholarship awards toward the cost of tuition.

Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships
The Université Paris-Saclay offers IDEX scholarships to outstanding international students so that they may study at the University, with the specific goal of increasing the number of students from outside of France who are able to enroll in its master’s (nationally-certified degree) programs taught at its member institutions and facilitating the enrollment of international students with a strong academic background who wish to pursue doctoral studies at the University.

Adlerbert Study Scholarships at Chalmers University of Technology
Students who are nationals of one of 143 different countries can apply for scholarships through the Alderbert Study Scholarships program. The Adlerbert Foundations will provide the funding for this award, which will allow the recipient to avoid paying any tuition fees.
The scholarship pays for the whole cost of education for the course of the program (four semesters and two years).

Ampere Scholarships of Excellence at ENS de Lyon
Through the Ampere Scholarships of Excellence, the ENS de Lyon and its partners provide financial aid for deserving international students to enroll in their master’s degree programs in the humanities, social sciences, and exact sciences, with the exception of professional master’s degrees in teaching. The scholarships are renewable with restrictions and provide €1000/month for a total of 12 months.

Emile Boutmy Scholarships for Non-EU Students at Sciences Po
The Emile Boutmy Scholarships were established by Sciences Po in honor of the institution’s founder in order to recruit the very best first-time applicants from countries outside of the European Union who have been accepted to either an undergraduate or master’s degree program that is provided by the university.
The costs for participating in the Emile Boutmy Undergraduate Programme can range anywhere from €3,600 to €13,190 over the course of the standard three-year undergraduate education.
The Emile Boutmy Master’s Programme is a tuition grant that covers a portion of the tuition fees for the two years that are required to complete the Master’s degree program. The grant is in the amount of €12,200 per year.

INSEAD MBA Scholarships
There is a lot of rivalry for the INSEAD Scholarships because there are only a limited amount of awards available. These scholarships are awarded according to a variety of factors, and they may be broken down into two primary groups: need-based and non-need-based (based on either merit, nationality, gender, professional background, leadership abilities, field of previous studies etc.). The scholarship amounts range anywhere from $5,000 to $25,000 in total value.

This scholarship program is supported by the Grenoble Institute of Technology Foundation and is available to overseas students who aspire to participate in an international master’s program offered by Grenoble INP. The stipend is in the amount of 5,000 euros each semester.
